Azalia is a proprietor of Azalia Hotel & SPA, according to the Operating Permit since July 8th, 2004. The strategy of the company is to provide for the all year round utilization of the complex by offering attractive balneology, SPA and wellness programs.

Azalia Hotel & SPA is situated on the very sea shore of the St. St. Constantine and Helena Resort. With its 502 beds in 249 luxury double rooms it provides excellent conditions for a family vacation. It is fully air-conditioned and fit for all year operation.

The hotel has:

  • Main restaurant with a capacity of 290 seats of which 120 are on the spacious panorama terrace of the hotel

  • VIP Lounge Cinnamon - a classic restaurant with refined interior and a capacity of 40 seats

The German tour operator TUI is the main client of the tourist services provided by Yantar Single Member LLC. In order to provide a high rate of activity for the whole accommodation base of the company, there are contracts signed with a number of other foreign and Bulgarian tour operators: Alma Tour - Russia, Solvex, Ekip 2M, Nagena Travel, Garibaldi Overseas - Cyprus, Neva Firm, Balkan Tours, Com Alpha Tour, Unital, Boyana MG, KS Travel, Tural, City Reiseservice, etc.

A favorable feedback for the achieved results is the inclusion of the Azalia and Astera Hotels in the TUI "Quality product" Catalogue, with these being the only Bulgarian hotels included.

The main activity of Astera I feature the sale of hotel and restaurant services, property rent, etc.

A commercial establishment of Astera I LLc is the Astera Hotel & SPA, part of the high class A-Hotels Chain. According to the Operating Permit, dated June 18th, 2006, it is located on the seaside lane in the Golden Sands Resort.

The strategy of the company is to develop an all-year tourist product targeted at any national and age category of clients by offering all sorts of amenities and entertainment "under the roof" of the Astera Hotel. The following establishments are operational on the territory of the Astera Hotel Complex:

  • Accommodation part 277 spacious rooms, including 11 suites, with a sea view and any conveniences which could satisfy the requirements of the contemporary tourists

  • Night Complex Arrogance Music Factory

  • Restaurant Arrogance - main restaurant with 160 seats and 20 seats on the open terrace

The main part of the company gain is formed by the sale of tourist services. In order to provide a high rate of activity for the whole accommodation base of the company, there are long-terms contracts, signed with a number of foreign and Bulgarian tour operators: TUI - Germany, Alma Tour - Russia, Flying Carpet - Israel, Solvex, Garibaldi overseas - Cyprus, Nagena Travel, Neva Firm, Euro Varna, Sunlight Travel, etc.

In 2005 and 2006 Astera tops the ranking for the best-quality services in the website of the TUI tour operator. The Hotel has been selected for a Vacation Hotel of 2006 in the annual competition of the Bulgarian Hotels and Restaurants Association.

TIONA SINGLE MEMBER LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY

Residential complexes

In 2005 on the territory of St. St. Constantine and Helena Resort the construction of two modern residential complexes started - Harmony and Esencia offering specially selected conditions and services with the purpose of improving the comfort and the quality of life.

Harmony Complex

The Harmony Complex some 430 m away from the beach includes two residential buildings with adjacent infrastructure, communal zones, water pools, gardens, and grounds. The residents of Harmony Complex have been provided with comfort, quietness, and peace, without being deprived of any of the amenities of Varna. Since the end of 2006 a permit for use for the one of the buildings was received, and the company has started to provide its servicing.

Esencia Complex

Esencia is a modern complex of three residential buildings surrounded by a park, water mirrors, gardens, and grounds. Its luxurious and comfortable apartments are offered with one up to three bedrooms depending on the needs and requirements of every single client.

Both residential complexes will have a four-star category and will offer the day and night presence of a caretaker, video intercom system, air-conditioning, cable TV, Internet, cleaning and maintenance of the parking spaces, air-conditioning, cable TV and Internet, underground garages.

Activities

The main activities of the company include: operating of marinas, construction, modernizing, extending and managing of marinas, building and furnishing of real estates, acquisition, assessment and sale of shares in domestic and international companies, etc.

Marina Balchik Consortium Joint-Stock Company operates the Balchik Marina. In September 2006 the company signed a concession contract with the Municipality of Balchik, which entered into force on December 4, 2006. After its signing the company performed all procedures for the preparation of the certification documentation of the yacht port in Balchik as well as for the acquisition by the Company of a Certificate for the Operation of a Yacht Port. On the grounds of summarized offers, a subcontract for the First Stage of the expansion and equipment of the eastern wing of the existing jetty. Floating pontoons will be constructed which will create a separate wharf for the landing of luxury yachts, and the capacity for staying along alongside the quay which now is for 60 vessels will be increased.
